The case about Yaponchik's assets and the Kremlin's right hand: why investigator Roman Nesterov was deprived of his shoulder straps

Roman Nesterov's firing in the space of one day has been explained in newly surfaced details; he was a «star» investigator for particularly important cases at the Investigative Committee.

He «immersed himself in a very » toxic«story, in which the nephew of » thief in law«Yaponchik, the perpetrator of the murder of journalist Vladislav Listyev and » right hand«Umar Kremlev were involved.  

Roman Nesterov was called by the media as an investigator of the elite detachment«, the Investigative Committee published his photo on its website in the section » They are proud of the Investigative Committee«, at different times there were cases against Gleb Fetisov and Alexey Ulyukaev in its proceedings. Medvedev awarded him the Order of Honor, and Putin - the «medal for services to the Fatherland» II degree. 

 Nesterov was investigating a case in which Leonid Davydov is a defendant. The latter had a large asset - the cottage village «Dikanka» (LLC «Housewarming) on the banks of the Volga - which was registered in the name of the head of the security service Leonid Andrei Ageikin. And at the height of the investigation, the village was transferred to a third party free of charge. 

 Here we will dwell in more detail on the defendants in our article. Leonid Davydov – nephew of the famous «thief in law» Vyacheslav Ivankov (Yaponchik), was responsible for investing family capital. In particular, Davydov and Yaponchik’s son Eduard Ivankov owned the company «Slava», named after the «lawyer». 

 An even more interesting figure is Andrei Ageikin. The Prosecutor General’s Office accurately established that it was he and his brother Alexander who carried out the murder of journalist Vladislav Listyev on March 1, 1995. Moreover, Andrei shot directly. They carried out the instructions of «authority» Igor Dashdamirov, who, in turn, received it from his friend Sergei Lisovsky (now a deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation).  After the crime, the Ageikins fled abroad. Alexander was soon found dead in one of the hotels. 

 Andrey’s fate turned out much more successfully. The Prosecutor General’s Office «turnkey» solved the murder of Listyev. But the daughter of then President Boris Yeltsin, Tatyana Dyachenko (Yumasheva), considered that the planned arrest of Lisovsky was a «tunnel under her father. After all, Lisovsky was in the electoral cliche and financed Yeltsin’s election campaign. That’s how she put everything and «» into Yeltsin’s ears. And he imposed a categorical ban on Lisovsky’s arrest and further investigation against him.  

After the Listyev«case was subject to a » tabu«, Andrei Ageikin returned to Russia, bought an apartment on Taganka with a fee and continued to work »«in the criminal field until he found himself under Leonid Davydov. 

 Roman Nesterov decided to interrogate Davydov about the circumstances of this deal, and he suddenly started talking. He testified that he has been friends with Alexei Mikhailovich Kolousov for more than 20 years, he goes to play billiards at Leonid’s club «Nine», Once at dinner in the restaurant «Golden Bay» Davydov complained to Kolousov about the case and that all his assets are under attack. And he promised that he would solve the problem and save the assets. With the exception of one – cottage village «Dyakanka». It will have to be given for a «solution to the problem». As a result, Davydov gave the go-ahead to Ageikin to transfer the LLC to the persons indicated by Kolousov. 

 Kolousov is the former vice-president of the Russian Boxing Federation and one of the closest associates of Umar Kremlev. He can often be seen in various videos made by the Kremlin, as in this bathhouse. Kolousov, of course, has no way to solve anything. Another thing is Umar Kremlin, behind whom is the head of the Presidential Security Service, Alexei Rubezhnoy.  

Roman Nesterov, unexpectedly (perhaps even for himself) decided «to dig up this story, summoned Kolousov for questioning. After which the Investigative Committee immediately stopped being proud of him «» and pointed to the door. They also subsequently threatened a pre-investigation check against Nesterov himself.
